A video of an Indian woman wrestler fighting in the WWE is going viral on social media - and Indians are loving it.
The video shows Kavita Devi, clad in a saffron-coloured Salwar Kameez - a traditional north Indian attire for women - fighting New Zealand's Dakota Kai, at the Mae Young Classic tournament.
She put up a brilliant fight before going down to her opponent but her agility and attitude caught the fancy of Indians all over the world.
Devi was an accomplished powerlifter before she turned to wrestling. She had represented India in international competition, including the 2016 South Asian Games, where she won gold in the 75 kg category, says her wwe.com profile.
Hailing from the Indian state of Haryana, she is the first female Indian wrestler to compete in a WWE ring. Devi has been trained by none other than The Great Khali and she is eager to follow in the footsteps of her mentor.
Kavita Devi was part of WWE Dubai tryout earlier this year and thanks to her impressive performance in the trials, she was among the 32 participants handpicked for the tournament.
