Mario Balotelli has left his teammates in no doubt about who he sees as the most important player in the Italy team.

The striker filled the Italy page of a World Cup sticker album with pictures of only himself and then posted it on Facebook.

The former Manchester City striker scored the winner for Italy against England in the Group D matches earlier in the week.

His eccentric behaviour is well known in the football world, but you wonder how this post went down with his teammates.

He captioned it with his now-familiar catchphrase: 'Why always me?'.
