Barcelona: Espanyol won their first away match of the season on Sunday to move second in a congested Spanish La Liga.

Striker Borja Iglesias scored both Espanyol goals to secure a comfortable 2-0 win at promoted Huesca.

Espanyol were left one point behind leaders — and crosstown rivals — Barcelona and level on points with Alaves, the other surprise of the season in Spain. Sevilla and Atletico Madrid are two points behind Barcelona, and struggling Real Madrid are four points back in sixth place.

Espanyol have won all four of their home matches, but had yet to win away until their trip to Huesca.
