Dubai: Maxtalent Cricket Academy will stage the sixth edition of their annual Maxtalent Global Challenge Cup Inter academy tournament in Mumbai. The tournament, being held with the best cricket academies in Mumbai, has given exposure to many talented youngsters in UAE to play alongside the promising Indian youngsters.

Speaking to Gulf News, Sudhakar Shetty, head coach of the Maxtalent Academy said: “Once again we will have Sachin Tendulkar Fame Club MIG, Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane groomed Payade Cricket Club, L R Tairsee (P J Hindu Gymkhana), Test stars Praveen Amre and legendary bowler Padmakar Shivalkar Cricket Academies and Test star Lalchand Rajput Cricket Academy taking part in our tournament.”

Max Way Institute for Cricket Training, a unit of Maxtalent Global, will be sending a strong contingent of 26 members made up of boys Under-13 and Under-17, on a tour to Mumbai (India) from December 19 to December 28. . “It is part of the Maxtalent Global annual tour to the subcontinent and like n the past will be providing challenging exposure during the tour. The boys Under-13 will get to play five competitive matches while boys under 17 will vie for top honors by participating in the highly competitive annual Maxtalent Global Challenge Cup Inter-academy tournament,” added Shetty.
