Airline asks world’s most famous cricketer to send his full name and address after lost baggage complaint
He’s adored by millions of cricket fans around the world, but none of them work for the British Airways complaints team.
After India legend Sachin Tendulkar tweeted to complain about a ticket and baggage issue, he received a reply asking for his full name and details.
Perhaps his 8.4 million Twitter followers weren’t enough of a clue?
Here’s how the episode unfolded on the social media site:

3) Eventually the issue was sorted out and Tendulkar thanked Twitter users for their support.
Tendulkar is currently touring around the US playing is the Cricket All Stars series he is spearheading alongside Australia Shane Warne.
Sachin’s Blasters lost the first two match of the series to Warne’s Warriors at Citi Field in New York and Minute Maid Park in Houston.
The final match is at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on Sunday, starting at 6.30am UAE time.
