Umm Al Quwain: AEN Dubai defeated Peace Makers by 27 runs to lift the second KCC Junior Twenty20 League title. Murtaza Mogal was the star of the final with an allround show.

Mogal scored 35 runs from 28 deliveries and also took three wickets. AEN posted a challenging total of 182 for 9 and restricted Peace Makers to 155 runs.

Ali Boria and Abbas Badri gave AEN a bright start. Badri hit 44 runs off 27 balls which included five boundaries and one six. Boria too hit 22 runs from 15 balls.

Mogal, who came in at the fall of the first wicket, kept up the tempo hitting the rival bowlers all over the field. He was quick in running between the wickets and displayed aggression in his batting.

Needing to make over nine runs per over, Peace Makers began well, but found the going tough as wickets fell at regular intervals.

With some tight bowling from AEN Dubai, they struggled to make runs and were all out in 18.2 overs.
