Kapoor Khan recently shared that she starts her day by drinking a glass of hot water mixed with lime. Her breakfast must include Indian stapes such as poha (flattened rice) or upma (roasted semolina).

According to celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, who helped Kapoor Khan achieve size zero before she filmed for ‘Tashan’, the actress consume at least 7 to 8 meals a day that are packed with nutrition to make sure it gives a boost to her metabolism. She has her last meal of the day at around 8pm.

But workout is a must for the ‘Laal Singh Chadha’ star. Kapoor Khan loves doing Pilates, although her workout session also includes battle rope exercises, kettle-bell squats and boxing. She works out four days a week.
