Settle fines online or in person at Customer Happiness Centres or vending machines

Dubai: Public transport users in Abu Dhabi who have been fined for violations such as failing to pay the correct fare, not presenting a Hafilat card when requested by an inspector, or any other infractions, have several convenient options to settle their fines.
According to Abu Dhabi Mobility (AD Mobility), formerly known as the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), here are the available methods for paying public transport fines in the emirate:
Payment methods
Darbi website
Visit the Darbi website - darbi.itc.gov.ae to pay your fine online. Ensure you have your fine reference number ready to complete the process.
TAMM website and app
The TAMM platform also provides an online payment option. Simply log in and use your fine reference number to search for and pay your penalty.
Customer Happiness Centres at Bus Stations
Payments can be made in person at any of the Customer Happiness Centres located at key bus stations across Abu Dhabi. These include:
Al Shahama Bus Station
Mohammed Bin Zayed City Bus Station (Mussafah)
Al Ain Bus Station
Abu Dhabi Bus Station
Madinat Zayed Bus Station
Ghayathi Bus Station
Operating hours: 7am to 10pm, all weekdays.
Sales and Recharge Machines (TVMs)
Many sales and recharge machines across Abu Dhabi allow fine payments. These machines are easy to use and accessible at various public transport hubs.
