    Visiting malls during COVID-19: follow these precautions

    Dubai Health Authority posted an awareness message for residents

    If you are heading out to the mall, it is important to ensure you have taken all the precautions to stay safe from COVID-19.

    The Dubai Health Authority took to its social media channels to share some basic tips that people can follow when shopping outside.

    The guidelines were as follows: •	Stay at home if you have a fever or any respiratory symptoms •	Wash your hands regularly •	Sanitise your hands after touching surfaces

    •	Wear the face mask properly •	Pay by card or smart pay •	Maintain physical distancing

    Also, before you step outdoors, remember to wear a face mask and keep a few spare masks with you in case the one you are wearing gets wet or damaged. Not wearing a face mask outdoors can land you with a find of Dh3,000.
