Dubai: Ain Dubai, the world’s tallest observation wheel, has reopened to the public after a two-year hiatus. Visitors can now book tickets through the official website, aindubai.com. Following a ‘soft launch’ on December 25, the attraction officially reopened on December 26, according to the Ain Dubai customer service call centre.

Originally inaugurated in October 2021, Ain Dubai was closed in 2022 for maintenance. Now, it has returned, offering 360-degree views of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, including Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), and Dubai Marina, from an impressive height of 250 metres.

Ticket prices for Ain Dubai

Here is the breakdown of standard ticket costs:

  • Adults: Starting from Dh145

  • Children (ages three and above): Dh115

  • Infants (below three years): Free

For a more exclusive experience, there are premium packages available:

  • Ain Dubai Views Plus: Dh195

  • Ain Dubai Premium: Dh265

  • Ain Dubai Views Plus (Family Pass): Dh560

  • Ain Dubai VIP: Dh1,260

How to book your tickets

Tickets can be purchased either at the Ain Dubai ticket counters or online through the official website. Here’s how to book online:

1. Visit aindubai.com and select your desired package.

2. Choose your preferred date and time.

3. Enter your details (full name, mobile number, and email address).

4. Complete your payment online.

5. Receive your confirmation and tickets via email.

Ain Dubai timings

  • Tuesday to Friday: 12pm to 9pm

  • Saturday and Sunday: 11am to 9pm

About Ain Dubai

Situated on Bluewaters Island, Ain Dubai is positioned across the water from the renowned Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR) beachfront. Each leg of this wheel stands an impressive 126 metres tall, long enough to accommodate 15 London buses lined up end to end. The assembled hub and spindle weigh as much as four Airbus A380 aircraft combined.

Ain Dubai offers 360-degree view of the city’s skyline during its 38-minute rotation. From this vantage point, visitors can take in the coastline, iconic landmarks such as the Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah, and the towering Burj Khalifa, as well as the urban landscape of Dubai.

How to get to Ain Dubai

By car: Drive southwest on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) to Interchange 4 (Jebel Ali). Take Exit D59 toward Dubai Marina/Jumeirah Beach Road, then follow Al Seyahi Street and the signs to Ain Dubai.

By Metro and Bus: Take the Red Line to Jabal Ali Metro Station, cross the road via the footbridge, and catch bus F57 to Bluewaters Island. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to Ain Dubai.

By Water Taxi: Take the Red Line to DMCC Metro Station, then walk to the Dubai Marina Mall Marine Transport Station (a 15-minute walk). Board the BM3 water taxi to Bluewaters Marine Transport Station.
