Already an established highlight of the Dubai social calendar, the Skywards Dubai International Jazz Festival has, in the past, played host to the legendary likes of James Taylor, David Gray and Robin Gibb – and the 2012 line-up proves it’s just getting bigger and better.

This year James Blunt, Jason Mraz and James Morrison will all be taking to the stage throughout the week, alongside Jazz Fest regular, Jools Holland And His Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, as well as Cindy Bradley and Sandi Thom (1).

The amazing music will play across three stages over eight days, and revellers can also stand a chance to win a brand new Toyota Fortuner in a free prize draw (2); plus, Dubai Festival City are giving away free mid-week Jazz Garden tickets to all shoppers who spend over Dh50 at the Festival Centre mall.

Tickets are still available, cost from Dh295 per night (3) and are available at dubaijazzfest.com

Footnotes

1. The weekend gigs are taking place in a brand new location at Al Badia Golf Club in Dubai Festival City (DFC) , while the more intimate week-night gigs are being held in the Jazz Garden, also at DFC.

2. The amazing car giveaway will be open to all festival goers and details on how to enter will be available at all of the gigs.

3. If there’s a crowd of you going, it’s worth booking in bulk as this reduces the price of tickets.
