Haale Dil (OST)
Various Artistes
Employing the services of composers Vishal Bhardwaj, Anand Raj Anand, Pritam and Raghav Sachar, this multifaceted soundtrack serves up varied romantic numbers.

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Shreya Ghoshal's folksy title track Haale Dil, Sonu Nigam's stylishly fluffy Rang, Shaan and Sunidhi Chouhan's contemplative Khwahish, and Labh Jhanjhua and Hard Kaur's bhangra-styled Agg Lag Aaj Kal De Fashion Nu are some of the best numbers on this entertaining soundtrack.

1920 (OST)
Various Artistes

While composing the soundtrack for Vikram Bhatt's period horror film 1920, Adnan Sami selected an impressive line-up of singers such as classical legends Pt. Jasraj and Parveen Sultana; Indi-pop divas Asha Bhosle and Shubha Mudgal; and folk sensation Kailash Kher.

But Bhosle's haunting song Aisa Jalta Hai Jiya, Mudgal's item song Bichhua, Kher's sentimental Tujhe Main Pyaar Karun and Jasraj and Sultana's versions of the love song Vaada musically come up short – thanks to Sami's uninspiring compositions.

Pure Gold: Love
Various Artistes

True to its theme of love, this excellent compilation puts together some all time classic romantic songs from the '50s, '60s and '70s. Great voices, meaningful lyrics and melodious tunes make this album a treat to the ears. Lata Mangeshkar's solo Lag Jaa Gale, and her duets with Kishore Kumar (Ek Ladki Bheegi Bhaagi Si and Tum Aa Gaye Ho), Manna Dey (Yeh Raat Bheegi Bheegi) and Mukesh (Ek Pyar Ka Nagma Hai) are the top picks.
