Though the movie employs three different composers to present an unusual mix of songs, the soundtrack ends up being nothing more than situational fare with little to write home about.

Himesh Reshammiya's compositions are a letdown. In his trademark nasal voice, he delivers a ballad Tadap Tadap that sounds just like his earlier songs. Pritam continues with the run-of-the-mill compositions in Aa Khushi Se. However, he changes track later to treat us to a few original soft romantic numbers such as Hansaye Bhi sung by Shaan and Tulsi Kumar and Saathiya by Adnan Sami and Kumar. He also comes up with good music for Kumar's solo Akele Tanha.

But it's Prasanna Shekhar's creepy theme song Aawaz Koi sung by Priyadarshini that forms the album's highlight, which creates a chilling mood with its effective orchestral arrangement.

Everybody on The Dance Floor – 4.0

The title explains the album's aim: to get everybody on the dance floor. And it succeeds. It features an enjoyable slew of recent Bollywood hits such as Woh Ajnabi, You're My Love, Ganpat Rap and Tenu Leke Main. The high energy, remixed versions provide the perfect backdrop for a rocking party.

Sukshinder Shinda has been rocking the Asian urban music scene for quite some time now. In this album, the singer-composer-arranger puts together his popular brand of fusion music, combining the rhythm of Punjabi Bhangra with techno beats. Songs such as Majane, Aao Gidha Pale, Tere Bina, Vaada, Ni Munde and Lak Tera should appeal to Bhangra-pop fans.

With A. R. Rahman increasingly becoming choosy with respect to Hindi film projects, music companies have resorted to churning out compilations of his old tracks. As always, Rahman scores commercially and musically with this album too. Songs such as Rang De, Fanaa, Aawara Bhanware, Kismat Se Tum Hum Ko, Aye Udi Udi Udi and Khamoshiyan Gungunane Lagi reiterate the composer's genius.
