I received an SMS notification from Emirates NBD about a card that belongs to another person and he is not aware of this SMS, pertaining to the available balance. I also received an SMS regarding the credit card usage.

The customer care staff at Emirates NBD spoke with me and said they would resolve the issue.

However, I raise this complaint with the good intention of informing the correct card user regarding his/her card usage.
