The 11th edition of the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival is under way at Sharjah Expo Centre from April 17-24.

Gulf News Photographer Ahmed Ramzan went along to capture the delight of young readers as they journeyed through the exhibitions and activities on offer at this annual bonanza.

The eight-day event is hosting more than 2,500 cultural and literary activities, while hundreds of children’s authors, illustrators and publishers are also attending.
