Step up and make your office positive

Negative work environments are the aggregation of so many factors including the employees themselves. Employees usually blame it on the work environment and leadership! But who is at work?

It is the employees who can make a difference. It all starts in the mind. To me, I consider my job a place where I go to to learn something new every day, while contributing positively to the society around me. The material return is important, but only when it comes to me within the framework of service to my community.

If we consider this place as our place to grow and learn, then contribution to building the society becomes the impulse to get us out of home every day, to do something unique.

Humour with my colleagues makes me feel at home — I always try to keep the work environment happy and cheerful, which makes a lot of difference.
