Playing in parking lots

“The parking lot meant for vehicles belonging to residents of Muhaisnah 4 has become a playground for some unruly youths," says Gulf News reader Aslam Doi. 

"There have been incidents, where the windows of cars have been smashed. Consequently, residents avoid parking their cars in the area. The authorities should strictly prevent people from using parking lots as playgrounds,” he said.
