Make your home child-proof

All windows must be barred before a family moves in

Although a common scene nowadays, I would like to turn the attention of the readers to the issue of tenants who do not make sure that their homes are child-proof.

Often, I find children peeking from an open window in a residential building just opposite to my home. I tried informing the security guard but the main door can be accessed only by tenants.

To prevent senseless loss of life, I believe that when a family moves in, the building's management should bar the windows. If every building implemented this simple precaution, we would not have to hear more tragic news. Our children are worth it.
