I want to direct the attention of the authorities to an issue in my area. I live in the Muwaileh area in Sharjah, close to the National Paints roundabout. People are forced to perform their prayers under the scorching sun. Additionally, there is no proper arrangement for ablution.

Around a month ago, a shelter around 15 metres away from this place (pictured) was removed by the authorities. Since then, I have seen people praying in this area without any shade. Even during Fajr, the morning prayer, I have seen people praying in the open. It is hard to see how they pray here with temperatures as high as 50 degrees Celsius.

I would like to raise this issue with the concerned authorities so that it is resolved soon, especially because Ramadan is upon us.
