Those responsible for fixing damaged pathways musts complete the work

I have been staying in Al Ghusais for the past five years and all of the interlock pavement areas around the buildings and the hospital are still not complete. The buildings had proper pathways, but after the authorities constructed new roads the interlock bricks were broken to fit the new road plans. Since then, their status has not changed.
This is dangerous for children and elderly people. Those who are responsible for fixing these areas have to make proper pavements so that people can walk here safely. I ask authorities to really have a close look at who is responsible for the same.
