Broken headlights and indicators increase chance of accidents on the road

There are many cars on the road with dirty licence plates. Recently, I was stunned to see a four-wheel drive in Abu Dhabi with its licence plate turned up and it looked like it was done on purpose. It was either done with criminal intent or it was a case of pure negligence.

Some people go out on the roads at night with one headlight not working, which is dangerous.

Another common problem is not knowing when to switch on headlights. This is a dangerous practice.
