Accident waiting to happen

I took this photograph on the Al Tawun Road in Sharjah. This is one of the busiest roads and connects to the Al Ittihad Road, which is a main highway. For the past few days, I have been noticing that one lamppost is severly damaged and has not been replaced or fixed.

It is a busy area and hundreds of cars pass by this point every day. God forbid, if the lamppost falls on a car, it will be a bad accident.

These days, there is a strong wing at all times. The wind can make it fall at any point in the day.

I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action to avoid any mishap.
