This week, Michael Ochandais a sales agent for a Dubai-based company, lists ...

Learn a new language: It will be exciting to learn a new language. Better still, try learning to say "Thank you" in as many languages as possible. It will definitely come in handy, especially in a cosmopolitan society like Dubai.

Live in a cool neighbourhood: Buy your dream house in that cool neighbourhood where the rich and famous live. If you cannot afford to buy, rent an apartment. It's so good to have a cool address.

Share all your secrets: Nothing to be scared of, share all your secrets with others - spouse, friends, family and boss. Anyway, they say life begins at 40 and it will be wise to start yours on a clean slate.

Serve on the jury: A great honour indeed to serve your community and promote justice.

Do something adventurous: Climb the tallest mountain, indulge in adrenaline sport such as skydiving and bungee jumping.

Do something for a noble cause: You can donate blood, run a marathon to help raise funds for homeless children or the elderly.

Live an exciting, carefree life: Make the most of your youth so that when you're old you can regale your grandchildren or mates at an old people's home with your escapades.

Ride a Harley: It's the coolest thing a dude can ever do. Doesn't matter whether you own one or not, you can always hire and ride to your heart's fill.

Become agony uncle for a local magazine: Isn't it wonderful to be entrusted with the duty to solve other people's problems? Seems people really trust these advice "gurus", otherwise why would they keep writing in?

Coin a new word: Coin a really cool word and popularise it. Who knows, it may eventually make its way into the dictionary. If the Spice Girls came up with "girl power" why can't you?
