May has been a busy month in the K-pop music scene. Groups such as SHINee came back with a new album to commemorate their 10th anniversary, BTS released their highly anticipated album Love Yourself: Tear, (G)I-DLE officially debuted as a six-member girl group, and many more. However, June is no different. This month is packed with a stellar lineup of new releases and debuts from groups and solo artists.

While fans are awaiting the release of SHINee’s remaining two EPs from The Story of Light series, South Korean boy group BtoB is set to release the 11th mini album, This is Us.

However, the most anticipated comeback this month might be the return of the rising 11-member boy group Wanna One on June 4. Their music and album are, no doubt, likely to top the charts.

After a year-long wait, YG Entertainment’s BlackPink will also be releasing their first mini album, Square Up, on June 15, creating excitement among fans as it’s the popular girl group’s first EP since their debut.

Additionally, former member of now-disbanded girl group Wonder Girls Yubin is launching a solo career and is scheduled to debut as a solo artist with her first album, City Woman, on June 5.

Groups such as NU’EST W, A.C.E, fromis_9, ONF, MOMOLAND as well as soloists Katie Kim and Yoo Seung Woo are some names that are expected to make a comeback in June.
