In what could be a perfect way to celebrate Eid this year, Pakistani singer, composer and Bollywood hitmaker Atif Aslam will perform in Dubai on June 17 at the Shaikh Rashid Hall at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Aslam, who has hits including singles Dil Diya Gallan, Tere Sang Yaara and O Saathi in his credit, is expected to kick-start his show at 8pm. His other popular ballads include Kuch Iss Tarah, Pehli Nazar Mein, Hona Tha Pyaar, Woh Lamhe, Doorie and Tere Bin. He’s hugely popular among the youth and women, and has performed in the UAE several times over the years.
“Atif Aslam has a huge fan following in the UAE and that’s the reason he keeps coming back to perform here… He is a soulful singer and a great performer, we are quite excited to bring him back and looking forward to a cracking concert, he would be belting out some of his chart bursting numbers and many of his popular songs for the audience,” said Sujit Jain, one of the organisers of the show.
Tickets range from Dh110 to Dh850 and are available online.
