K-Pop Corner: Seungmin and Heejun in ‘After School Club’
The move follows the departure of former U-Kiss member Kevin Woo in April and DAY6’s Jae on July 17
After School Club has welcomed Stray Kids member Seungmin and solo singer Heejun as new MCs for the show.
Arirang TV’s idol variety show confirmed on Twitter that the new hosts will be joining original main host Park Jimin of 15&, following the departure of former U-Kiss member Kevin Woo in April and DAY6’s Jae on July 17.
Seungmin has been a member of JYP Entertainment’s rookie boy group Stray Kids since March while Heejun participated in season 11 of American Idol and was in the top six on Korea’s reality TV competition show, K-pop Star 3.
The English-speaking weekly talk show aimed for international K-pop fans will air episodes featuring the new hosts live starting Tuesday.
