K-pop has taken over international shores and now top-notch artists want to be a part of it, particularly Dua Lipa. After many rumours and fan speculation, the English pop singer and BlackPink are confirmed to have teamed up on a new song for her upcoming album.

Dua Lipa sent fans in a frenzy when she took to Twitter to announce the release of a super deluxe edition of her self-titled album Dua Lipa — Complete Edition, by posting a tracklist that features one of three new songs with popular K-pop quartet BlackPink.

Added in the second disc of her album, the song Kiss and Make Up will be the K-pop group’s first ever international release with the English singer-songwriter and it has already garnered attention among K-pop fans, especially BlackPink’s fans, known as Blinks.

The collaboration reportedly started when BlackPink members Lisa and Jenny attended the New Rules singer’s first solo concert in Korea back in May.

Currently formed under YG Entertainment, BlackPink is one of K-pop’s hottest and top-charting girl acts at the moment, so the powerful new song will surely blow our minds.

The 25-track two-disc album re-issue Dua Lipa — Complete Edition is scheduled to be released on October 19.
