Quadri, an engineer-turned-restaurateur with over 15 years experience in the field and the brain behind the Mezbaan chain of restaurants, claims their pathar ka gosht lives up to its name as they use special stone slabs brought from Hyderabad that withstand the slow fire over long hours to ensure an authentic taste of the dish.
