Get your cooking tips straight from the source on Tuesday when celebrated British chef Marco Pierre White launches his latest cookbook in Dubai.
White — who currently has the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse & Grill at the Fairmont Abu Dhabi under his belt — will meet fans at Kinokuniya, Dubai Mall, from 6pm on April 26.
He’ll be signing copies of his latest book, Essentially Marco (Dh165), which aims to share his culinary know-how in a fuss-free way. It includes both comfort food and restaurant classics.
