Winter arrived in the UAE with a flourish; there was a nip in the air and the great weather teased people out of their homes. While COVID-19 precautions still mandated face masks and hand sanitisers, UAE residents didn’t mind. They re-explored the UAE, hats, scarves and boots in tow.
