Beach club Zero Gravity has announced a new season of events that will kick off in October. DJ EZ, Basement Jaxx, Sigma and Vengaboys and more are set to headline.

Every Thursday and Friday night beginning next month, the venue will play host to global music acts. The season will begin on October 4 with deep house funk courtesy of Purple Disco Machine, followed by British duo Sigma (Nobody to Love, Changing, Glitterball) on October 5.

Up next is two more acts from the UK, BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra presenter MistaJam (October 11) and the Disciples (October 12), who are best known for their hit song How Deep is Your Love with Calvin Harris.

On October 18, The Vengaboys will bring two decades of pop music with them, performing singles such as We Like to Party and We’re Going to Ibiza.

Basement Jaxx are up next on October 19, followed by Krafty Kutz and A.Skillz on October 25.

On October 26, visitors can enjoy a new day-to-night brunch event dubbed The Classics Festival, with performances from Rozalla, Alex P, Brandon Block, Angie Brown, Jon Ulysses and Judge Jules.

Throughout November, Bakermat, Laidback Luke, Kissy Sell Out, DJ EZ and Lovely Laura & Ben Santiago, Anton Powers, DJ Spoony and Futuristic Polar Bears will perform. Finally, in December, Ferry Corsten and James Hype will take centre stage.

All events, except for Zero Gravity’s 5th birthday bash on November 16, are free to attend for women, and free for all to enter before 9pm. After 9pm, entry is Dh100 for men. Advance tickets are available online for Dh75.
