Dubai Park and Resorts announces 2 musical events

Rhythm on the River and Dubai Park Nights to run on the same weekend at different venues within the attaction

The Dubai Parks and Resorts has announced two separate music events which will take place on the same weekend within the attraction. Rhythm on the River, will run for three days from April 6 at Riverland, and Dubai Park Nights will run for two nights, also starting April 6, at the Amazium Plaza right in front of Motiongate Dubai. Entry is free for both events.

The Rhythm on the River event, which will be he held from 2pm to 10pm, will include performance by regional bands and artists such as Vandalye, Adam Khadabra, Saffron Collins, Millie Page, Leone Murphy, As per Casper, Jay and Foe, Monteath and MC Abbo in the Island Plaza. Michael Jackson lookalike Mudassar will perform three shows per day on the floating stage while the river bank will feature a professional bucket drummer, a capoeira (Brazilian martial arts) workshop, and folk dances, Indian drummers, Emirati ayala dancers and a New Orleans marching band.

Dubai Park Nights will feature Arabic stars. April 6 will feature Lebanese star Myriam Fares and Iraqi singer Waleed Al Shami. The next day will be Emirati singer Shamma Hamdan and Khalid Fouad. Shows will begin at 8pm on both nights.
