Deira City Centre to celebrate anniversary

Majid Al Futtaim, one of the Key Sponsors of the Dubai Shopping Festival, is marking two anniversaries this year.

The first is a decade of DSF. The other is the tenth anniversary of the opening of Deira City Centre, one of the UAE's leading shopping, entertainment and leisure complexes. The Deira City Centre has lined up surprises for DSF visitors to help them share in the delights of the festival.

To celebrate both anniversaries, the Deira City Centre will be organising an array of events during the Shopping Festival.

Families visiting the City Centre will be asked to fill out a numbered coupon which will give them a chance to win purchasing coupons at the weekly draws.

This will help City Centre to enumerate the strength of its visitors to the mall.

The City Centre will also conduct a Play Station 2 Football Championship, set up in collaboration with the Dubai Police. It should draw many children and teen-agers, as well as young adults.
