The Overseas Filipino Civil Engineers Association (Ofcea) announced on Tuesday it is opening a special review class for the upcoming Special Professional Licensure Board Examinations in the UAE.
Passing the board exam is necessary for civil engineers who want to obtain professional licence to practice outside the Philippines.
