Abida Parveen returns to Dubai for Eid

Pakistani singer Abida Parveen, known for her powerful voice and Sufi songs, will return to Dubai on September 16 to perform at a concert called Wahdaniyat at Jumerah Emirates Towers. With a career spanning 40 years, she is considered a living legend, and is often referred to as the greatest female Sufi singer in history. Sufi music is a genre dominated by men.

Parveen will take the stage with Mohammad Ali, member of the Pakistani band Suroor.
