The Dubai Christmas Fest is back for its second year, with daily snow, Christmas tree lighting and pantomimes forecast.
Taking place at Dubai Media City Amphitheatre, the three-day event will include an outdoor ice rink, fun fair and gingerbread house decorating. Santa Claus and his elves will also be making a stopover in Dubai from December 11-13.
There is also penguin bowling, a rodeo reindeer, bouncy castle and a Christmas craft theatre. Local choirs will perform Christmas carols.
Early bird tickets are Dh35 for two children until November 25. Gold Adult passes (two for Dh160) give fast track entry, two drinks vouchers, a mince pie and a Santa hat.
