ZIPLINE THROUGH A ROLLERCOASTER LOOP ON THURSDAY: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi have launched two brand new experiences, a Roof Walk and a Zip Line, in honour of its 10th anniversary. The experiences, on Yas Island, are set to welcome guests starting Thursday. The Roof Walk allows visitors to the park to scale the red roof, while the Zip Line allows them to zip from the middle of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi through the Flying Aces roller coaster loop. The best part is, you can also race your friend with their dual racing challenge. Location: Yas Island Abu Dhabi. Cost: Dh125 per person for the Roof Walk, Dh95 for the Zipline experience. When: The park is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 12pm to 8pm.

HEAD DOWN TO THE SHARJAH BOOK FAIR ON THURSDAY: The 39th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair is now open to the public with the precautionary measures. Book lovers can now start flipping through thousands of new as well as older titles at one of the world’s biggest book fairs at the Expo Centre Sharjah. You need to register to visit, but entry is free of charge.

TAKE PART IN THE JLL TRIATHALON ON FRIDAY: The JLL Triathlon Series is a favourite with athletes in Dubai. The event features Super Sprint, Sprint and team triathlons, with seven categories distributed by age. The Super Sprint distance includes a 375m swim circuit, 10km bike route and 2.5km running path. Those looking for a high-endurance challenge should sign up for the Sprint, which features a 750m swim, 20km bike route and 5km run. If you want to participate with colleagues or friends, sign up for the team challenge, where groups of three can race the Sprint course.

FIND DEALS AT CARREFOUR THIS FRIDAY: Carrefour have launched “Carrefour Friday”, a month-long shopping event that offers customers low prices on sought-after items on 2020 holiday wish lists. Running until 5 December, “Carrefour Friday”, offers customers the chance to buy a range of items and products at discounted prices. These include buy-one-get-one-free deals, discounts up to 70 per cent, and a three-day super sale across all categories, including groceries, electronics, home appliances, and health and beauty products. Shoppers can also enjoy up to Dh100 cashback vouchers when they shop online.

HEAD DOWN TO BREAKOUT DXB ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY: Breakout DxB is Dubai’s newest music, arts and cultural festival. Packed with film screenings, visual arts installations, gaming competitions and performances by the likes of Layla Kardan, Hamdan Al Abri, Lobito Brigante and many more. Head down to Rove Downtown for the all-day event.

A BURJ KHALIFA SURPRISE WITH NAMSHI: If you are in Downtown Dubai on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening in November starting this weekend, keep your eyes peeled on the Burj Khalifa as a special discount code will be displayed on the world’s tallest building at an undisclosed time between 9pm to 9.30pm on any of the days. Every weekend evening, sharp-eyed shoppers will be able to unlock discounts on Namshi in addition to the ongoing deals during Black November. These discount codes will be valid for four hours only after the unveiling and will let customers get anywhere between 35 to 50 per cent off on their purchase on Namshi.

CHECK OUT THE NOODLE HOUSE CURRY DEAL ON FRIDAY: The Noodle House is spicing things up with the launch of a new limited-edition menu for November that will take the UAE’s food lovers on a journey of curry dishes spanning five different Asian countries. The celebration of curry will include Rendang Daging from Indonesia, Malaysian Kari Ikan Merah, a Thai Geang Leuang Talay, a vegetarian Ginataang Kalabasa from the Philippines (all served with steamed rice), and an Indian Lamb Madras Curry served with roti.
