In 2024, Lime Source partnered with Uganda Royal Family to launch microfinance in Africa
What sets your leadership style apart, and how do you foster a culture of innovation within your organisation?
We deeply believe in leading from the front, ensuring that we foresee pitfalls and chip in at the right time to convert challenges into Team success. At Lime Source, success is way of life .
We attribute a day every week for brain storming whereby new ideas and new approaches to business surface, in line with changing work environments. At Lime Source, regular on-job training is ritual to scale new heights, with the common goal to be Global No 1. We aim to be nothing but the best.
How do you see the MENA region evolving as a business hub, and what role does your company play in this transformation?
We witnessed over the last five years how developed economies have been imposing high taxes on high net worth individuals and corporates and tightening permanent residency programmes worldwide. On the other hand the MENA region has adopted the approach to keep its doors wide open through initiatives such as ease of doing business, long-term Golden residency visas programmes and most importantly providing a secure environment, all of which contribute to making MENA one of the top regions for global investors to focus on.
We are passionate to welcome new talent keen to scale new heights
With more corporates and more investors coming to the MENA region, there is scope for more industries to flourish, and the creation of more job opportunities. All this holds incredible value to us considering the fact that the core DNA of Lime Source Consultancy is sourcing global talent for the MENA region.
What strategies have you implemented to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty in an increasingly competitive market?
We take a hands-on approach to see ourselves in our clients’ shoes, our core strength lies in our proactive approach, wherein we anticipate challenges and recommend solutions to our loyal client base. By being one strong team and constantly brain storming with clients, at Lime Source Consultancy we are proud to be addressed as the clients’ own core team members at most times rather than just being routine business associates. It’s a bond that’s kept us real thick at all times, and what keeps us striving and thriving each day.
How do you attract and retain top talent, and what initiatives are in place to develop future leaders within your organisation?
We always keep our doors wide open for the best of talent to navigate the Lime Source ship. We recently welcomed Khizar Abbas as Vice President at Lime Source, a seasoned professional who brings more than two decades of rich industry experience. At Lime Source, the opportunities for on-job training is a constant, with new skills being acquired almost with every new project.
Besides, every quarter we reach out to additional operational offices through our Global Platform, whereby top management officials such as GM Ryan Alphonso, GM Subash Chandra, and Sr. Manager Priyambada Rout have stayed loyal and true to Lime Source for over a decade and grown in the organisation. They are Team members who we are incredibly proud of.
What recent milestone or achievement are you most proud of, and what’s next on your company’s strategic roadmap?
In 2024, under the dynamic leadership of our Director, Neetu Gupta we launched Microfinance Banking Services in Africa in collaboration with the Uganda Royal Family. The idea was to finance workers hired through Lime Source Consultancy so no individual would be hard pressed to sell any valuable assets or even land plots to make their travel arrangements on getting employed abroad.
Under the visionary leadership of Director , Neetu Gupta, Lime Source launched Microfinance Banking Services that empowers frontline workers who need support most in true manner
The Lime Source Family ensured providing finance when most required, and that could be paid back in easy instalments, within a span of six months to a year post joining work in the MENA region. A holiday payment period of first two months was also allocated to help front line workers meet their financial obligations with ease. We aim to take initiative started from Uganda benefitting gradually to other underdeveloped countries across the globe .
With global economic shifts and geopolitical challenges, how do you ensure resilience and adaptability in your business operations?
It is evident that new tariffs imposed by the US have prompted economic shifts, while ongoing global conflicts also forced people to flee countries, presenting unforeseen challenges both economically as well as on the geopolitical front. In this scenario it is vital to incorporate adaptability to changing environments at a pace much faster than ever.
We always believed in thinking out -of-the- box by creating new territories, new resources to increase market size.
At Lime Source, we have initiated the move to absorb talent from countries facing unemployment, and where basic amenities remain a challenge. We strongly believe that when we offer jobs to the countrymen of these nations, we don’t just add value to any one individual, it directly impacts an entire family as well as society at large. Long-term jobs also positively impact future generations.
We are proud to say that we at the Lime Source Family are blessed to add prosperity to the large workforce from various nationalities, adding happiness in the process to society and the world at large.
