The second edition of Gulf News Immigration and Citizenship 2022 (GNICE) was inaugurated by the Abdul Hamid Ahmed, CEO of Al Nisr Publishing and editor-in-chief of Gulf News, at the Shangri La Hotel Dubai on November 12.
