The past 12 months have been marked by key achievements, including receiving the SIBA Business Awards 2024 for Excellence in the Healthcare Industry, recognition at The Icons of the UAE Awards hosted by India Today group, and an esteemed honour at the Thumbay Insurance Meet & Health Annual Awards 2024. These milestones not only affirm our dedication to excellence but also reinforce our leadership within the healthcare insurance sector.

How do you see healthcare insurance evolving in the UAE and how well is FMC Network aligned to this evolution?

The government’s introduction of compulsory medical insurance in the Northern Emirates has proven to be a significant step towards ensuring medical security, a development I foresaw back in 2004. This initiative has played a crucial role in providing widespread access to healthcare, offering greater protection for residents.

As a medical insurance third party administrator (TPA), our company is well-aligned with these changes by ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. We have embraced AI tools to ensure transformation in medical insurance industry. Our commitment to innovation, scalability, and improving service delivery has positioned us as a forward-thinking partner in this dynamic industry.
