Rajiv Kumar Jain: If there is heavy rain and I am at my home in Gujarat, India, I will soak myself in the downpour. Feeling the rain dropping down on your body and the flowing water touching your feet is magical. This, of course, is followed by savouries and ginger tea.

Shanthi Subramonia Iyer: Sitting on a rocking chair in the balcony, sipping a chai, munching on savouries and enjoying a favorite book.

Salma Badru: I wish I could dance in a heavy downpour. Then later, enjoy some spicy stuffed mussels with a cup of hot coffee on a comfortable cozy couch.

Ishpreet Singh: Starting the day with a hot coffee in a room with warm and soothing lights and reading my favourite thriller novel, The Da Vinci Code, while cherishing the scent of lavender in the room.

Kingston Jose: I always liked to get wet in the rain. During my school and college days, I remember I used to enjoy riding my cycle/motorcycle in the rain. I used to get a scolding from my folks at home though.

Naina Jayaswal: Curling up in bed with a blanket, turning up the heat and relaxing with a book. It's me charging up for when the rain stops.

John Austin: My favourite way will be to catch up with all the pending work in office while enjoying a good hot coffee.

Tanya Mathur: A cup of chai with a never-ending supply of yummy savouries while snuggled up in a blanket in front of the TV.

Priyanka: To sit in the balcony and enjoy hot and crunchy savouries, or go for a long drive.

Mahnoor Faraz: Staying indoors, snuggled up with a cosy blanket, and reading a book or watching a movie. It is also an excellent time to spend quality time with family and friends playing board games, cooking a warm meal, or having a cup of hot chocolate together.

Mohith Arun Balaji: Going for a drive with my family and stepping outside and enjoying the rain.

Pratibha Sharma: I’d love having a glass of tea and some deep-fried savouries while spending quality time with my family.

Sradha S. : My favourite way to spend a rainy day is on the patio with a piping hot cup of tea. Our family dog Charlie used to love the rain as a puppy and would spend all his time outdoors during the Indian monsoons. He now prefers to watch the rain from a shaded distance and I am happy to give him company!

Bobina Thomas Jemy : On rainy days, I cozy up by an open window, savouring the rain's aroma and melody. An Agatha Christie novel, a cup of masala chai, savouries, and Taylor Swift's songs– a perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.

Seema Sivadas: On a rainy day, I will sit on my couch with hot tea and savouries and listen to old romantic Hindi songs.

Avni: Sitting inside my warm, cozy home and drinking hot chocolate as the sounds of the rain soothe me.
