Following its successful Ramadan celebrations over the years, the acclaimed Fairmont The Palm is pleased to bring back its Ramadan Garden again this year, offering a memorable Iftar buffet that’s been specially curated by the hotel team’s entire culinary team.
With Ramadan just around the corner, Fairmont The Palm is bringing back its famously beautiful Ramadan garden that pulls out all the stops and casts an eye on its stunning outdoor garden setting. Located in Fairuz Garden, it is a delight of colours that bring the Arabian heritage to life, with a variety of seating arrangements available for guests. Daily during Ramadan, from sunset to 9pm, enjoy an open buffet with live carving stations for Dh295 per person and Dh147.50 for children. Indulge in Middle Eastern and international dishes, including seafood, poultry, vegetarian options, and a variety of desserts, all set to the melodies of a live Oud player.

Fairuz Garden will also be hosting a magical suhour daily from 9pm until 3am, where guests can choose from an à la carte menu, a variety of refreshments such as Laban, Qamar Al-deen, Tamarind, Rose, Vimto, Jallab, and Karkadi as well as a selection of local dates and dry fruits. Pick from an array of cold mezze such as Hummus, Fattoush, Moutabel, Labneh and a selection of fresh salads. Along with an international and Arabic cheese selection and soups, lies the hot mezze such as Kebbeh Batata, Meat Sambousek, Lahm bi Ajeen and live cooking stations. This also includes Indian delicacies such as Biryani and an international dessert buffet. Suhoor at Fairmont The Palm is also powered by a musical performance by Oud player, Adhan, until 12am and an extensive shisha menu offering the perfect setting for those fasting to relax, refresh and unwind.

Adding to the Ramadan festivities, Little Miss India presents a special menu designed to tantalise taste buds with authentic Indian flavours. Begin the culinary journey with Kale Patta Chaat, featuring crispy kale leaves drizzled with creamy yoghurt and a sweet and spicy mint chutney, Galawati Kebab, with succulently smoked lamb kebabs infused with aromatic and digestive spices, Murgh Tandoori, featuring bone-in chicken marinated in traditional tandoori masala with butter and cream, Hyderabadi Haleem, a rich and hearty dish of pounded lamb slow-cooked with lentils, cracked wheat, mint, and caramelised onions, and finally the Nalli Nihari, a signature dish from Old Delhi, featuring slow-cooked lamb shank in a fragrant nihari masala infused with saffron and cardamom, delivering a taste of history in every bite.
