Our fabulous Friday: Kenny and Daisy

Kenny says: ‘I’m not really the gym bunny type. When I can get in some tennis, I’m happy. I also run a few Ks three or four days a week. And I play softball sometimes.’

Kenny says: ‘A couple of times a month I like to get out of Dubai and head to the west coast to go scuba diving. There is nothing like getting under the water. It’s a different world down there’.

Daisy says: ‘I enjoy shopping but don’t do it that often. I splurged recently in Pull & Bear. I love the clothes there. I bought the nicest little denim dress, white Velcro trainers and a brown satchel – then wore it all the next day!

Kenny says: ‘My favourite film is Jaws. It’s the greatest movie of all time. It’s the perfect mix of horror, suspense and comedy. If I’m flipping channels and it’s on – no matter how far along it is – I will change all plans and watch the rest of it.’

Daisy says: ‘I love music and my favourite track now is Can’t Feel My Face by The Weeknd, a Canadian R&B singer-songwriter. I play it when I’m getting ready for a night out or stick it on the iPod when I go for a run.’

Kenny says: ‘I’ve got seven cats – Burton, Lil’ Man, Ravi, Stairway Kitty, Squeak, Scarecrow and Sprout – and I like to wear black. So the one item I can’t live without is my lint roller. Without it, I look like I’m wearing an angora sweater.’

Daisy says: ‘My weekend style depends on what I’m doing, but it will always include flip-flops. If I’m going to a fancy brunch in heels I’ll still take a big bag so I can slip the flip-flops on when the dancing starts!’

Daisy says: ‘I like a lie-in on a Friday – but for me that means getting up at 7am. During the week I am up at 4am so those extra hours feel like luxury. I’ll have a coffee, take the dog to the beach then come home and make some eggs and tomatoes.’
