Ingredients
1 tsp matcha powder (store bought)
70 ml water
150 ml almond milk (or a milk of your choice)
10 to 30 ml agave (depending on your desired sweetness)
Method
1. Pass the matcha powder through a fine mesh sieve.
2. Add water and whisk together.
3. Add agave and continue to whisk until all ingredients are combined.
4. Whisk for a total of 30 seconds to ensure there are no lumps.
5. Fill a cup with ice and almond milk.
6. Pour the matcha mixture over the top and serve. Mix it with a straw or stirrer while drinking.
