250gm lamb, minced
250gm chicken, minced
2cm piece ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 ground black pepper
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
3 to 5 green chilli peppers, finely chopped
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Lemon slices, for garnish
1. Combine and thoroughly mix all of the ingredients (except lemon slices). Wrap small portions of the meat mixture around the skewers so that an even, closed covering is formed.
2. Place the skewers on the low rack in a pre-heated convection oven and grill at 230°C for 15-17 minutes.
3. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot.
