Ingredients

300 gms minced beef

1/2 medium sized carrot

1/2 medium sized onion

10 stalks of garlic chives

2 green onions

2 tbsp soy sauce

Ground pepper to taste

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp sesame oil

1 cup of all purpose flour

2 whole eggs

salt to taste

Method

Prepare the vegetables such as carrots, onions, garlic chives, green onions, and any other vegetables of your choice by finely chopping them. You may add tofu or mushrooms if you prefer.

Next, place the minced vegetables and seasoned beef in a large bowl.

Add salt, ground pepper, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly using your hands until the vegetables and meat are well combined.

Shape the mixture into round and flat patties that are the size of your palm, or smaller if you prefer.

Coat the patties with flour, then dip them into beaten eggs.

In a heated pan with oil, cook the patties over a medium flame until they turn golden brown. Serve warm.
