Ingredients

200ml pomegranate juice

1 lime, juice of

1-2 tbsp honey

10-12 ice cubes

200gm yoghurt

500ml mineral water, still or sparkling as preferred

Mint, to garnish

Method

1. Blend together the pomegranate juice, lime juice, honey, ice cubes and yoghurt.

2. Pour into glasses and top up with mineral water.

3. Serve garnished with mint.

Tip: Impressive but easy to make, this pleasant drink is perfect to serve visitors on a summer evening.
