Ingredients
1 tbsp dried mango powder or amchur
1 tbsp black salt or kala namak
1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
¼ tbsp finely ground black pepper powder
¼ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)
¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt

Combine all the ingredients well. Store in airtight jar. Use whenever you need to have chaat masala in a recipe.
