Dubai Police on Monday launch new campaign “Our Services at Your Fingertips" to create awareness about its service among Expo 2020 visitors.

Dubai: Dubai Police have launched an awareness campaign to enhance the sense of safety among visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai site. The campaign will also help educate people about police smart services.

The new campaign titled ‘Our Services at Your Fingertips’ reflects full readiness of the force to receive the public reports and inquiries through smart communication channels.

Brigadier Khalid Al Razooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, stressed on the importance of using smart services and digital transformation. “The campaign has been launched in line with the requirements of Expo 2020 Dubai, the world’s greatest show that brings together people from 192 nations of different cultures and experiences at one platform,” said Brig Al Razooqi. Through the new campaign, the police will introduce security, community service and spread awareness messages among community members.

The campaign will also include messages about difference between the emergency hotline (999) and the (901)-- Call Centre for non-emergency cases.

The campaign will focus on other essential services such as the ‘e-crime’ platform, which is used to report cybercrime and the ‘Police Eye’ service that allows members of the public to report violations and suspicious activities.
