Puneet Vashist, who entered the Bigg Boss 9 house as a wild-card entry, has been evicted from the show. The actor says his stint in the reality TV show may have been short, but it was “sweet and fruitful”.

Vashist, who had a small role in Shah Rukh Khan’s Josh, was the second wild card entry on the show, after actor Rishabh Sinha.

“It was a short stay, but I feel it was enough for me to see the mirror and come out victorious as a human. It was definitely a short, but sweet and very fruitful experience from my perspective,” he said.

He was eliminated from the Colors show on Sunday.

During his stay in the custom-built house, Vashist had altercations with co-contestants Rochelle Rao and Kishwer Merchant.

Other contestants still in Bigg Boss 9 include Mandana Karimi, Prince Narula, Suyyash Rai, Aman Verma and Digangana Suryavanshi. The show is hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan.
